1. Duties 

- FP process: Carpentry, adhesion, processing, finishing, packaging, etc. 

- CP process: CP assembly, HK assembly, TR assembly / finishing, inspection, etc.

5. Working day: 4 days of work, 2 days off 

6. Working hours (3 teams, 2 shifts) 

- Daytime: 08:00~19:00 (overtime 2 hours) 

- Night time: 19:00~08:00 (overtime 3 hours) 

7. Salary: 4 million to 4.5 million won per month (including overtime pay, special overtime pay, bonus, etc.) 

- Hourly wage: 9,860 won 

- Production incentive allowance (monthly payment): 1st month not paid, 100% (167,548) in the 2nd month, 200% (335,097) in the 3rd month, 300% (502,645) in the 4th month, 400% (670,193) in the 5th month, 500% (837,742) after the 6th month 

- Fixed bonus: 30% (603,174) for summer vacation, 40% (804,232) for Seollal and Chuseok
